Out of a broader universe of investable stocks, we only select stocks that will result in a portfolio with minimal volatility. This is done by carefully considering the correlations between the stocks and their sectors.
We calculate Kelly fractions to determine the correct allocation to each stock. This maximizes the expected returns and minimizes the risk of loss, and,
While we wait for the stocks in our portfolio to attain their correct valuation, we harvest the volatility in the stock prices to generate excess alpha AND increase our shareholding over time.
